Where we came from

My Hotel career started in Northern California in 2005 at Wyndham hotels. I have spent 19 nears across all aspects of the hotel industry from opening new hotels, overseeing the entire West Coast for a startup hotel brand along with developing their rewards program, to consulting with distressed properties and helping owners turn their properties around.

How we got here:

In 2014 my wife and I stumbled into Airbnb. With the news of a kid on the way, we wanted to move out of downtown into a bigger place but had just signed a lease. We decided to give Airbnb a shot. Quickly we were successful and we jumped in headfirst pursuing a new trend - short-term rentals. We chose “arbitrage” as our entry point into the industry (renting apartments to list on Airbnb and scaled to over 150 apartments.

Where we are now:

After regulations hit Seattle, we made a pivot to managing short-term and mid-term rentals for property owners & investors. We grew to over 600 doors in one year!

We then turned our focus to streamlining our operation by hiring the best team we could find in-house! We’ve built our own STR tech and made several strategic partnerships, making us the longest-operating short-term rental management company in WA State.
